Own and manage operational setups for individual events and enterprise accounts
Provide proactive, friendly support to customers via email and video calls
Assist with technical dry-runs and ensure successful event execution
Collaborate with support and success teams for optimal customer experience
Identify opportunities for customer growth and referrals
Core skills required:
1-3 years of experience in the event industry with a keen eye for details
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software tools
Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
